Two Acts Set For Wednesday Concert Night At Iron Works
The Saugus Public Library's busy summer schedule continues this week with back-to-back events at the Iron Works and a full slate of children's and teen programming, while Town Hall's calendar shows a Zoning Review Committee meeting on the horizon.

The Town of Saugus continues to manage a series of infrastructure projects around town, including the National Grid gas main work near Main Street and Newhall Avenue and design efforts on the Sewer Subsystem 1D Rehabilitation Project. Town Manager Scott Crabtree's office has also flagged a Town Meeting Zoning Review Committee session scheduled for Monday, Aug. 10.

The Saugus Public Library's Summer Concerts at the Iron Works series has two dates on tap this week. Wednesday, Aug. 5, brings John Jerome, Millie Manning and friends to the Iron Works at 6 p.m., while The Implications are also billed for a set the same evening. Earlier in the day, the library hosts CFCE Jump & Jive at the Saugus Iron Works at 9:30 a.m., a 10 a.m. visit from AnneMarie Gautie, and Storytime with Gemma at 10:30 a.m.
Teens have their own lineup this week, with Manga and Snacks and Oreo Wars programs both listed among the library's current offerings, alongside the ongoing "Forged in Saugus" feature on artist Donna-Marie Mironchuk and the library's Adult and Pokemon-themed Summer Reading programs for 2026.
