Saugus Selectmen approve permits for spa, parade, and expanded business hours. Chairman Debra Panetta and the full five-member Board voted unanimously to grant a Special Permit to operate Kimos Inc. d/b/a Oasis Spa at 1201 Broadway, Suite W117, with hours Sunday 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed Saturdays. The Board approved a Memorial Day Parade permit for Commander Steve Castinetti for May 23, forming at Anna Park at 9 a.m., and granted Angela Pace and Saugus Minuteman Wings, LLC, d/b/a Wingstop #2396 amended hours for their respective establishments.

Anthony Speziale was appointed to the Board of Registrars until March 31, 2029. All five votes recorded passed unanimously.
