Saugus Selectmen approve $2.3M interim loan for sewer infrastructure. The Board unanimously backed a 20-year, zero-interest interim loan from the Massachusetts Clean Water Trust and authorized bonds up to $6,030,500 for Sewer Subsystem 2 improvements, with Finance Director Wendy A. Hatch noting compliance with an Administrative Consent Order from the state Department of Environmental Protection.
The Board also unanimously transferred the Class II Auto Dealer License for Ken's Car Care to owner Gerson Argueta under existing conditions, and confirmed Paul Petkewich, Jennifer Dion, and David Ricciardelli to the Conservation Commission and Board of Assessors through June 30, 2027.
