The month's largest transaction was 1450 Broadway, sold by Venture Holding I Limited Partnership to 1450 Broadway LLC for $12,300,000. Most recorded sales, seven of nine, fell between $500,000 and $1 million, and no street saw more than one recorded sale. Four transfers carried no price recorded yet, each moving property from an individual to a same-family trust.
