Saugus sales top out at $12.3 million as most deeds cluster under $1 million
Saugus recorded 13 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, with sale prices disclosed on 9 of them. Disclosed prices ranged from $530,000 to $12,300,000, with a median of $740,000. The month's largest transaction was 1450 Broadway, sold by Venture Holding I Limited Partnership to 1450 Broadway LLC for $12,300,000. Most disclosed sales, seven of nine, fell between $500,000 and $1 million, and no street saw more than one recorded sale. Four transfers carried no disclosed price, each moving property from an individual to a same-family trust.
