The month's top sale was 60R Jasper St., which sold for $880,000 on Sept. 3, from Joseph L. Dirocco to Marinska Marcellus. Hamilton Street accounted for two of the top five sales. Ten of the 15 transfers, including several apparent family or trust transfers, had no price recorded yet, which is typical of deed records.
