Saugus Records 15 Property Sales, Median Price Reaches $640,000
Saugus recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, five of which disclosed a sale price ranging from $338,000 to $880,000, with a median of $640,000. The month's top sale was 60R Jasper St., which sold for $880,000 on Sept. 3, from Joseph L. Dirocco to Marinska Marcellus. Hamilton Street accounted for two of the top five sales. Ten of the 15 transfers, including several apparent family or trust transfers, did not disclose a price, which is typical of deed records. With most transactions unpriced, the data shows steady sales volume but does not support broader conclusions about market direction.
