Saugus home sales range from $100,000 to $1.05 million as five deals close within family

Saugus recorded 15 property transfers between July 3 and Aug. 1, with 10 disclosing sale prices ranging from $100,000 to $1,050,000 and a median of $675,000. The month's top sale was 12 Heritage Ln, Lot 12, which sold for $1,050,000, followed by 39 Forest St at $970,000. Five of the 15 recorded deeds did not disclose a price, and several of those involved matching names or family trusts, including transfers at 7 Juliette Rd, 713 Sherwood Forest Ln and 43 Water St. Sales were spread across 15 different streets with no single-street concentration, and trusts served as sellers on several transactions with both disclosed and undisclosed prices.
