Saugus Board of Selectmen grants Common Victualer's License to Dolcella Kiosk operator. Chairman Debra Panetta and the five-member board unanimously approved the license for Candy Break, LLC d/b/a Dolcella Kiosk at 1201 Broadway, with operating hours Monday through Thursday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Sunday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The board also unanimously confirmed William Ferringo to the Conservation Commission through June 30, 2028.
Members expressed condolences to the Agganis and Andrews families and praised the Department of Public Works for winter storm response.
